New Business Executive

About Us

The HomePro Group is a leading UK provider in the home improvement and insurance sectors, with over 30 years of experience connecting homeowners with vetted contractors and providing insurance-backed guarantees. We are expanding into digital marketing and are looking for dynamic, target-driven telephonic New Business Executives to grow our membership base and cross-sell to existing customers.

The incumbent will be employed through our South African entity, will work 100% remotely, and will be required to operate on UK business hours.

The Role

This is a B2B telephone-based sales role — no field sales, no face-to-face meetings. Your focus is selling by phone to a mix of qualified leads and new prospects, driving growth across memberships and related services.

What you’ll do:

  • Make outbound calls to qualified B2B leads (with some cold calling)
  • Sell HomePro memberships and add-on products to Tradesmen in the UK
  • Cross-sell services such as digital marketing and warranty protection
  • Own your pipeline, track calls/conversions/revenue, and improve them
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets

Skills and experience required:

  • Have lived and/or worked in the UK for at least 2 years
  • A sales professional who thrives on targets and momentum
  • Builds rapport and trust quickly on the phone
  • Quick learner, coachable, and eager to apply feedback
  • Action-driven — calls back fast, follows up faster
  • Persuasive, self-starter, and focused on results
  • Confident, clear English (spoken and written)
  • Handles objections naturally and closes without pressure
  • Comfortable with CRMs (or quick to learn)
  • Able to manage multiple leads and keep the pipeline organised
  • Independent, remote-ready, and consistent with daily KPIs
  • Motivated by earnings and personal performance

Experience in home improvement, insurance, or B2B services is a plus, but not essential.
